Every booking at Swan Creek begins the same simple way — a short form, a real conversation, and a walk through the grounds before you decide on anything.

Before You Enquire

Weddings are typically booked 9–18 months ahead, especially for peak season dates. Retreats, celebrations and stays can often be arranged with far less notice.

Yes — a deposit secures your date once details are confirmed after your venue tour. Our team will walk you through the full payment structure directly.

Always. Tours are available by appointment, and we'd encourage walking the grounds in person, ideally at the time of day your event would take place.

Swan Creek offers in-house coordination and can recommend trusted catering and styling partners, or accommodate your own vendors.

The grounds comfortably hold up to 150 guests for weddings and celebrations, with smaller, more intimate spaces available for retreats and private gatherings.
